Morning– Start with 2 glass-water and-and some nuts then workout. Then 4 whole eggs with 1.5 scoop whey protein +25- 30 gm butter.
After 2 hour- Before Going to school- Brown Rice/Normal Rice with 100-200 gm chicken + 100 gm Paneer
Lunch- Roti + Dal/Chola.
Evening- 1 scoop whey protein + some oats.
Night- 100-200 gm chicken + Rice / Roti + 25 -30 gm butter.
1 Calcium tab + 1 multivitamin morning after first meal.
Night- After Dinner 1 Omega-3.
